By creating an account, accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

SimplyBabyName provides a baby name discovery and research platform that includes:

• •A searchable database of 10,000+ baby names with meanings, origins, and cultural context
• •Indian astrology tools including Zodiac Sign (zodiac) and Birth Star (lunar mansion) name filters
• •Numerology-based name filtering and analysis
• •AI-powered name search and recommendation features
• •The ability for registered users to save and manage name shortlists
• •Multi-religion and multi-origin name browsing and filtering
• •A mobile application for Android devices

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to:

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

When you save names or create shortlists in your account, that data is stored securely and associated with your account. You retain full ownership of your personal name lists and shortlists.

We do not guarantee the permanent availability of saved data. We recommend exporting or noting down important shortlists. In the event of account deletion, all associated saved names and shortlists will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not use the content of your personal name lists for advertising or marketing purposes.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SimplyBabyName. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly recommend that you read the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party sites you visit.

The inclusion of any link on our Service does not imply endorsement by SimplyBabyName.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyBabyName expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness or reliability of content.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The name meanings, astrological associations, numerology data and other informational content provided on our Service are for informational and cultural reference purposes only and should not be treated as authoritative or definitive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SimplyBabyName, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses
• •Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service
• •Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• •Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to SimplyBabyName in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through account settings. Upon termination, your saved names and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to [email protected] describing the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the notice being sent, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings in the courts of India as specified in Section 12. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by:

Your continued use of the Service after any changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
